Peanut Butter Pie

This is a summer favorite with all of my friends. Be sure to make the night before so it has time to freeze - simple, quick and delicious.


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz cool whip
  • 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
  • chocolate syrup


Beat first three ingredients until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat again until smooth. Stir in cool whip topping until well blended. Pour into pie crust, drizzle chocolate syrup on top and freeze.
